New investor. Bought ONCY today. I know the data had been released before and that there is no control arm. Control arms are needed for approval.

But one-arm trials are used to establish a drug's activity on a disease with no remaining treatment options. No one enters a trial like this unless they are desperate. 92% had tumor shrinkage. They have no other options and their tumors shrunk. This is a no-brainer speculation.

Key word is "speculation." This isn't a sure thing since it's a small cap biotech. But I repeat (for myself, to justify buying today, LOL), 92% of patients with no more options had tumor shrinkage. It bodes well for the head and neck trial.
