Hope all is well on your end. In regards to the referenced above, my


understanding is that the Camber has rescinded the agreement for merger


with Calbay. Please confirm if this is true. There's number of messages


floating around investor messages boards from John R Scott that he no


longer wishes to associate with calbay. Look forward to your response.

take your chances if you all like but this is not looking good for either Camber CEO John Scott for posting/disclosing private information on an investors forum, nor does it look good for CBYI as a whole... they updated the float on sept 23rd BUT they diluted half a billion shares btwn sept 23rd-30th!! call the transfer agent... TA is NOT GAGGED btw i am no dummy... I DO my own DD. giving the recent current events pos EVCA Prolly safe buy.

I apologize to anyone who bought high on my alerts, been alerting all since 0001.
