Got this teaser from Stansberry this morning. They will reco the stock & they have a BIG following. IF I'm right will move big. Do your DD. I think it's East West Petroleum EWPMF. It's getting vol this morning & beside all this, it has a great portfolio of properties for a .40 stock

If you look at the chart, someone loaded about 600,000 shares a few weeks ago.
