Mr. ,

The list of bonds you had attached reflect US Bank as Trustee of the bonds, that is not reflective of the bank as a holder of those bonds. As for the list below, I don't have any information on the banks holdings or any legal process the bank may be involved in regarding these bonds. If you have any further questions I would suggest you contact the banks corporate communications to see if they are able to help you with your questions.

Thank you

Hi :

Thank you again for taking the time. Attached you will see the document I mentioned on the phone. The CUSIPs are as follows:

52520X208 (Total Claim 231,750,000) (LEHNQ)
52519Y209 (Total Claim 309,278,375) (LEHKQ)
52520B206 (Total Claim 309,278,375) (LEHLQ)
No CUSIP (Total Claim 412,371,135) (LEHMQ)

The face value of each share was $25.00, 48 million shares were sold, $1.2B value. US Bancorp's claim (total of the 4 above) was $1.26B because of the deferred dividends. It seems that you are the majority holder. My family owns shares of LHHMQ and LEHLQ.

These shares were a) delisted b) relisted on the "grey" market c) and within the last three weeks moved again from the "grey" to the "pink".

From reading the prospectus documents it seems that US Bancorp may become the trustee and I am hoping you can help me understand the recent market switching activity. Also, any other information you can provide, would be most helpful.
