I've actually done some exhaustive DD on this Shell, and it is honestly looking good.

I think the answer lies in Arnold P. Kling and ADMA. If you do some DD on Mr. Kling you will see some of the reverse mergers he has already successfully pulled off, as well as the company below that is going public but as of yet does not have a Ticker.

Could AMDA be the merger candidate? Seems like Mr. Kling has all his ducks in a row, and with insider buying going on I think we are about to see it all laid out in front of us.

Former director of ADMA, previously private company looking to go public, and now he has that vehicle in the form of TWFH.

Just hope I can get some orders filled before it all takes place.
