With the sale of the non-operated assets, the company has completed its transition to a Williston Basin operator.

This should help to eliminate any remaining overhang on the stock regarding its non-operated history.

Additionally, recent operating results have been supportive of Emerald’s ability to execute as an operator.

Purely my own opinion. Do your Due Diligence.
