If things happens as you have learned from doing your DD, then PNNX could be something very big. From the Forbes website below, Winco generated $4.73 Billion in Revenues for 2011:

This employee-owned company operates 79 grocery stores in six Western states (Washington, Idaho, Nevada, California, Oregon and Utah). Most of the company's stores are over 90,000 square feet in size and open 24 hours a day, offering not only groceries but also bakery goods, bulk foods, fresh seafood, service delis and health and beauty products.



I’m not sure what Winco generated in Revenues for 2012 and for 2013 thus far, but I am confident that it is something significant just from researching it’s current levels of growth and plans for growth.
