A hip-hop producer who has worked with a number of Grammy Award-winning artists including The Roots, Dr. Dre and Beyonce was robbed at gunpoint in front of a Midtown hip-hop studio Tuesday morning, police said.

Scott Storch, 39 years old, and four members of his entourage were leaving Platinum Studios on 46th Street near Times Square and had just stepped into a livery cab when they were robbed by two armed men, a law-enforcement official said. No one was injured in the altercation.
