Probably as the herd becomes tapped out, then management announces the Series D finally became registered, starting the 6 month clock for coming off restriction.

No, they're filing an S-1. The Series C and D shareholders will be the selling shareholders. So their stock will be immediately free trading upon effectiveness.

But I really don't think the price will stay at $2.50 for more than a nanosecond after they start selling.
