The conference call mentioned that revenues are contingent upon key customers, but didn't mention if they had contracts or not. Management should not assume that customers will order unless they are locked in. I guess the earnings were inline, but forward guidance missed. I really doubt the market will be kind to JDSU tomorrow, it's been flying under the radar too long, downgrades tomorrow. JDSU will always trade like a $5.00 stock, it's a wonder analysts bother with the CC. JMO
