Delaying Tactics by the company... They have no choice but to let auction happen!!!! This is what happens when a company has no cash to pay outstanding debt! They keep issuing shares but share price has fallen quite considerably making Hanover on the losing end here. Hanover is crying default now and share price still dropping even at .019
