STOA needs some share structure research to find large amounts of new shares in big guys hands. Chart looks like a darkside setup chart. With possible darkside 5 to 10x play soon.

If large amount of new shares found. possible 5 to 10x. If not, the last pop could have been a trading group and odds for a second may come on new accumulation. But they are quick and smaller each time usually. 2 to 5x maybe.
