Besides being 'shady'? (Sorry, couldn't resist...)

I haven't had time to dig too deeply here, but I do know that ECMV now trades as PERF (Perfumania Holdings, Inc.) on the NASDAQ as of Aug 2008. OTC Markets: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PERF/company-info

Something is in the works here, just not sure what.
