I wouldn't say I am 100% sure. But GMXS filed 8k just a couple of days ago and I finally see the reason for the filing now.

It is most likely the company will keep updating the company filings before July 16th. Otherwise, why did they file 8k ?

Let's wait and see. there is nothing else we can do.
