It looks like the B&N motion for summary determination was based on ring oscilators. The judge said a materail fact remains on this issue, so he denied the MSD.

Not only does this mean we are targeting the ring oscilator terminology which we won at ITC, B&N cant use their arguments now about this in court. Huge victory.

on top of that it may be the same arguments the others used. So technically i believe they cant rely on those arguments in court.....corrections welcome
