i never lost a penny on this pos. A guy I knew was told to buy it. I told him to stay away but he didn't and ended up losing money on this ordeal.

There is a better chance of finding an innocent man in prison than a legit business being reverse-merged into a shell. Of course this thing will have a double here or there, but will it be a double from $.06 or $.03 or $.015, etc.? It is always hard to tell when there's no value to the company involved in the stock. Also, the market cap is over $1M, so there are much better shells out there than this.
