BoostMyAds entered Material Definitive Agreement

The Exchange Agreement has been approved by the boards of directors of each of the Company (Vacation Home Swap, Inc) and BoostMyAds. The Exchange is expected to be completed no later than three (3) business days after the closing conditions set forth in the Exchange Agreement have either been satisfied or waived by the appropriate party.

Boost My Ads, Inc. develops and markets online marketplace for advertisers and buyers enabling them to access advertising applications and market their products internationally. Boost My Ads, Inc. is based in Central, Hong Kong.
