Bankruptcy court has ordered VTMS into bankruptcy, as of I believe April 9. Bukstel has not filed any required schedules with the court. The company's lawyer quit. The US trustee has entered an appearance and has requested that VTMS show cause why the case should not be converted into Chapter 7 (liquidation).
In the federal case, there is a motion by Plaintiffs for summary judgment on the stop transfers, The hearing is I believe on the 26th (Friday).
