Thank you for posting. I read the 10k as well and I am not as scared of the litigation. This to me is an IP play and if you know anything about IP, litigation is constant. Gaming is also highly regulated so you have to expect some interactions with regulators.

I'd be more concerned if we saw multiple states or agencies having issue. For the current price, I think its probably trading at or below book value. So at the current price of a quarter, it may not be bad to pick up a few shares as a speculative part of my portfolio. Good luck.
