“Startups encounter several unique options for funding. Venture capital firms and angel investors may help startup companies begin operations, exchanging cash for an equity stake. In practice though, many startups are initially funded by the founders themselves..

Secor, the CEO of $ANDI has invested 250k of his own money and purchased in excess of 12 million shares on the open market. The original cash injections were sold as Preferred B shares and the holders of those shares along with the CEO have become the founders. ANDI is a family of stock holders who have provided capital and commitment to the venture. The App business model is mildly profitable and so the CEO continued his quest in pursuit of a business model that would inturn benefit the original shareholders and the newly committed LONG investors .

A continues search for the proper business model is the play for $ANDI. The past performance of this reborn business model has no relevency on the future. “If a company's value is based on its technology, it is often equally important for the business owners to obtain intellectual property protection for their idea.” The Campaign Matrix and Digispace will be the desired business model for ANDI this quarter. As a risk/reward company “A critical task in setting up a business is to conduct research in order to validate, assess and develop the ideas or business concepts in addition to opportunities to establish further and deeper understanding on the ideas or business concepts as well as their commercial potential.”

The stock holders are vested both in mind and soul to create the monetary stability needed for the CEO to pursue the proper acquisitions and line up qualified personel in order to create a self sustaining business model. Yes, there is risk! But a typical penny stock does not have the intellectual supporters and commited long term stock holders like $ANDI does.. “Investors are generally most attracted to those new companies distinguished by their risk/reward profile and scalability. That is, they have lower bootstrapping costs, higher risk, and higher potential return on investment. Successful startups are typically more scalable than an established business, in the sense that they can potentially grow rapidly with limited investment of capital, labor or land….March comes with joy and the start up will soon visit the mighty tree that was planted months ago. It has grown tall and strong and will begin to bare fruit. As that fruit drops to the ground more trees will sprout and the area will be taken over by a dominate species.”

The profound commitment both financially and laboriously from CEO Dustin Secor has been the staple to his progressive approach. The rewards both for the shareholders and the public will be unprecedented, with a revolutionary product that will ultimately change many lives as Amish Shah once quoted as his ultimate lifetime goal.

It takes years of experience and lots of LUCK to spot such a
gem. The next step is yours!
