Finally! Meller files a form 4 showing ownership

I've been waiting nearly a year for $SSNT's CEO, Mark Meller, to file a Form 4 with the SEC showing his actual share count, and he did so today.

According to this filing, he holds 60,195,997 shares, which is 51.5% of the stock, per an accompanying Form 13D filing.

I'm happy to see that he's finally done this, as increasing filing visibility shows that the company is making the steps to uplist, at the very least from the OTCQB to the OTCQX, or eventually, the NASDAQ.
