It is ordered this 8th day of February, 2013, that the New Castle County Sheriff is directed, upon receipt of notice of Plaintiffs' compliance with notice as is required for sales upon execution process, pursuant to 8 Delaware Code 324(a):

1) Schedule a sale and sell all of the shares of Geckosystems International Corporation stock held by R. Martin Spencer, as soon as practical, to satisfy the attached Judgment of this Court, which is incorporated by reference to this Order.

2) Provide Notice of the Sale to the Security Exchange Commission, pursuant to the Sheriff's customary policies and procedures;

3) Provide Notice of the Sale pursuant to 10 Delaware Code 4972; and

4) Have no ex parte conversations or correspondence with any attorney who has entered an appearance in this case, but rather to direct all questions regarding this Order directly to the Court.
