I'm a new poster on Ihub but I have followed you around for sometime now and want to thank you for all of the time you spend gathering and dispensing your exponentially huge knowledge base and wisdom about zero. I know you got bashed big time over on RB and know full well that you did not deserve all of the lousy comments you received there.
Onto the new topic of a HAL buyout. You said you would rather us be HAL shareholders at $40. rather than $1. That is great but I as well as hundreds of others was fondly looking forward to a forward split after the company went public due to your suggestions several months ago that that was a foregone conclusion due to the low float of zero.
That surely would have made me and probably quite a few others (you included) a millionaire if the stock had done a 3 for 1 split and went to $25.00 a share. I don't see that happening at all if we become a HAL shareholder, so in effect I and all of us would stand to loose a big chunk of change if a 1 to 1 conversion happens.
Question, would the ztwa shareholders have any say in being bought out?
IMO we would be far better off using HAL as a partner than being owned lock stock and barrel by HAL. What do you think?
