Steven..... that sounds like pure speculation to me. Reminds me of bond traders on Wall Street forecasting interest rate movements, both short-term and long-term. The question in my mind is suppose the value of the property does not increase as CD has forecasted? Seems like the cash should be spent on a safer bet at KC or TWP. What's the old saying......"throwing spaghetti up on the wall seeing what will stick". Again, I hope I am dead wrong.
