Dear Mr. Williams:

You are an iPackets shareholder and I, as an officer of iPackets, can only discuss with you items relating to iPackets. Per the posted press release on iPackets web site, Mr. Kanno was owed a lot of money and he had a lien against the technology; the lien was registered in the state of Nevada thru a UCC filing. What Mr. Kanno does with his technology is entirely his business.

We continue to be on the look-out for a new project for iPackets. We’ll make such announcement in due course.
