When I got my S/S update today, it came back that the A/S was 970 million shares. I knew that couldn't be right. After a couple emails back and forth, she indicated made a mistake and accidently included Preferred stock as part of the A/S figure she provided.

That would be 20K in Preferred Stock. Can't be sure but I think she may have let that slip out.
