The first amended plan I see no correlation with BDE Discovery hearing, or stipulation in regards to BDE?
Momspot is not a viable business, we will see our 2% in our accounts, after we have a opportunity to vote, as far as our current shares being transferred after relisting,this is not known yet.
Is hard to believe the SEC would just brush off the assets Dyne has, or had control of, & accept Momspot as a valuable solution for us shareholders, lol.
If so, perhaps we can lend them a metal detector to find the missing hidden treasures down under, lol.
