My friend is based in Malaysia and she wants to trade on OTC. I contacted most of the brokers, all refused to open an account for her. She already has physical certificate of some OTC shares and plans to convert them into street name and put it in her brokerage account. Can anyone give me list of online brokers who can allow her to trade? She can't afford much to fund the account, she will prefer to fund the account with her OTC shares itself.
