It was followed up with an 8K filing. No red herring. An additional filing/PR will be filed within 30 days further explaining the nature of the 650K priced at 08. Not a bad deal for shareholders as it only creates 8.125M dilution.

Makes sense that they're basically providing the capital to leverage EWSI's expertise and open facilities in their own country.

EWSI also expecting to close a Master Franchisee deal in London by the end of this month.

Company also increase their capital structure to allow for acquisitions of e-waste processors such as the one they bought in Ohio late last year. Their business model could launch very quickly now that they're capitalized.
