The two combined investment companies own approx 13%....rough math. Simply, confirmation that institutional buyers/investors are either buying or building on already established positions. Also why I believe you are seeing some appreciation today. Smart shorts are getting the hell out of the way. With all the short interest in this company, all it will take is one small match and boom! But then again, shorts are here for a reason....sharks smelling blood in the water. High risk with potential for high reward or high depreciation.
