That's an interesting item. Who knows where it will lead.

What is more interesting is that they were never listed as 5% owners of security in the Voluntary Petition.

And if acquired after the Petition they would need Court approval from my understanding.

Something is strange there.

That being said in many CH11 cases big funds and investment firms end up taking a loss just like shareholders.

Even as shareholders hold on to hope that because there are 'big players' involved they must be involved for other reasons.

Maybe this time it will be different....but normally it is just another bad investment that even large entities make.
