That makes no sense. Why wouldn't it be listed under Medical Alarm Concepts Holding, Inc.? That is the name of the company. How could it have an "A" BBB rating if it isn't using the correct business name? How could it have any legitimate rating? Guess that explains why I couldn't find it. Seems unethical to use a different business name, for the purpose of getting a BBB rating. What reason would they have for not using Medical Alarm Concepts Holding, Inc.?

I think it is under a different variation for the name.
