This distance thing is complete BS It is a diversion to gum up the real reason for this case. .That is not the meat of this case IMO. Tmob signed an agreement, Non Disclouser and none use of patent. If they used it for six years and and tech changed, then they owe us 6 years of use.
This judge is railroading us up the river. Just because he can;t figure out the distance BS (maybe he can!),He is trying to toss this case into the court dumpster, hopeing it don;t show up again
Where does he get off saying if he can't figure it out, a jury can't either. I say look under the table to see what is really going on.
