Besides a law degree, what qualifies the judge to write such a decision? What other technical background does he have, to state that no jury could rule otherwise?? On the ocean, distance and range means the same thing. In the air, as a pilot when asked what is the range of an aircraft, the answer is always in distance. Could I be so wrong on this??
