Access Power (ACCR) is currently the most obvious scam all around that I've ever seen discussed on a message board.

The 10-Q filed in September is literally hilarious! I've never seen such a ridiculous SEC filing.

The website shows it to be a "work at home" advance fee scam that uses a video from a completely different work from home scam.

The "Letter of Trust" posted on the website is another hilarious work. The company claims that it can cancel the sale of hundreds of millions of shares sold onto the market in 2007 and retire them to the treasury. Once stock is sold into the float, the stock can't be cancelled. If the shares were illegally issued and sold without registration or a legitimate exemption, the stock is in jeopardy of a DTC chill or global lock.

The claims are so utterly ridiculous that anyone who would chose to invest in this nonsense should expect to loose their entire investment.

Customers of this advance-fee fraud would also be scammed.
