Got to read the filings here folks. there is an employee stock option plan in place and with a company with zero revenues and zero assets that is a big red flag.

Also in the recent filings there has been a large amount of shares issued to "consultants"

there is nothing I can find that would make a 6 million dollar market cap anything but ridiculous
