I remember quite a few of those shareholder lists (called them a CEO DREAMLIST) - one group actually started to divide them into Gold, Silver and Bronze categories depending on the number of shares you held. Gave a little incentive to move to the next level. I think they might have added a DIAMOND or Platinum group to the top of the list as the list grew.
always figured the ones at the top were actully the ones that bagholded (is that a word?) the rest of the group.
