RESTON, VA --- Santeon Group, Inc. (OTC.BB: SANT --- News) today announced that it has filed its second quarter 2012 SEC Quarterly Form 10-Q and is now current with all its SEC filings. In addition, Santeon announced that revenues for the three months ending June 30, 2012 more than doubled when compared to the three months ending June 30, 2011. Further, Santeon posted a net profit for the three months ending June 30, 2012 as compared to a net loss in the prior year quarter. With the filing of the second quarter 2012 SEC Form 10-Q, Santeon Group is pleased to announce it is now in compliance and current with all required filings as required by SEC.
