Please do some real DD. Most of us knew it would be shorted. MMs always try to bring price down then buy HUGE amounts right before they figure something will happen (such as winning a trial or a settlement.) And if you have kept up with the court proceedings at all, or looked at the patents and examples of infringement, you would know VRNG has an amazing case. Is there a CHANCE they lose? Sure. But quite honestly its a long shot that Google gets out of this without paying up in one way or another.
