Not at all. Some of the volume is short interest, (shorting and covering) by MM's trying to create volume.
For me, I need to average down as I am heavily invested in this at a much higher PPS. I have a good idea of when the PPS will rise, and its not now, so the more it drops, the better my average down price will be when I see the time to start buying.

I'll post here when I see what I'm looking for. But, of course, I could always be wrong. Something can happen at anytime, any given day with this. Don't take my words as gospel.
