I will continue to do what I always do because it is easier for me, I simply find out how many shares can be brought, and fractional shares have always beeen able to be brought in every vmc contest this one will be no different.
As for selling a stock, you can sell what ever % you want as my previous post said, you can sell 25%, you can sell 50%, you can sell it all, you can sell a 1/3 I don't care. That is up to you.
