My dry run is going to be January, when it actually happens I will get it done. Now whether VMC PSL 24 is the same format, that I can't guarantee, but I always wanted to do this at least once.
Worst come to worse, I could always go back to the old format with a 25k minimum trading volume and that should do the trick in PSL 24, if VMC PSL 23 proves to be more work then I expect.
