Wonder if the lawsuit is about this leery property acquisition between SLUP and EMHI ~ The "MBS TECHNOLOGY" that GTGP acquired from EMHI or SLUP or whatever for $4,000,000 or 4 million preferred shares at $1.00 per share

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ACQUISITION

GTHI incorporated in FL 7/6/10
http://tinyurl.com/8ahzh4b

EMHI incorporated in FL 8/18/10
http://www.sunbiz.org/pdf/00185258.pdf

GTHI and EMHI incorporate in FL within 40 days of each other;
75 days later on November 10 2010 the property acquisition is filed....Richard P Greene is linked to every document.

Two of the defendants in the above action were barred by the SEC in 2003.
Quote:
The Court's opinion and order, which was entered after a full trial on the merits in March 2003, provides for permanent injunctions against Kemprowski and Mantia and a permanent bar on their serving as an officer or director of any publicly traded company. The opinion and order also provide that Kemprowski, Mantia and Herman shall disgorge their illicit gains from selling Solucorp shares while in possession of material, non-public information about the fraudulent conduct.
