I'm going to introduce the new contest rules tonight. I want to flush it out now (Get opinions, so if somebody catches something speak up, so I can make minor changes, if I feel it is warranted.), under no circumstances am I not thinking this out. I put a lot of work into these contest, so I want them to be without a heck of alot on controversey. So as I said I will be posting PSL 23 rules tonight, and hope I get alot of replies, I want info. Please be as critical as possible, don't worry about hurting my feeling if you feel like something I said in there is real stupid, please point it out. Who knows it may be very stupid. I continue to strive to make the best contest possible. Hope this helps.
