Well,

First off they removed their registration from the SEC which is never a good sign to be honest. Companies that plan on being transparent don't remove themselves from the SEC reporting status.

I give them credit though for filing the form 15 while being current.

3B AS leaves a lot of room for dumping of shares, which is usually why they have a large AS to begin with. They just raised that in June so look for press releases, "new management" and great things to come from pumpers posting on the board.

Quick look at the PR's definitely seems like the typical P&D routine going one here.

They just removed themselves just to put themselves back again? I truly wonder how many people fall for this crap? FINRA and the SEC will laugh at them as the process to get back in is a lot harder nowadays.

Seriously?! LMAO...the usual reason companies remove themselves from the SEC registration is to "save money" yet here they are claiming untold riches...believe it still?

Yup..so predictable.

Play the trade..don't fall in love with it and no matter what..DON'T FALL FOR THE STORY...that's all it's meant to be.

I'm sure if you look in their filings you will find some information about a note holder or some sort of LOI for funding that needs to be settled by selling of shares.
