They didn't have to drop off. Two totally different things. Once the 211 is filed and it is 30 days old the stock is piggy back qualified "forever". Any mmer can hop on. On the pinks it was already qualified and the mmers simply stayed with it on the tier change. Nothing was required to be filed. Doesn;t anyone want to call a mmer to verify. I gave someone a number and Finra can verify this too
