hmmmm... Hard to say what happened with CATA. It began trading publicly in February 1965, when requirements were different. Their earliest Edgar filing is from 2002. They missed a few years between 1997 and 2001. And of course there've been a number of changes in control.
But as far as I can see, they never filed an S-1 or a Form 10. Back in 1975, they submitted something called a TA-1. Nowadays that's a registration statement for a transfer agent, but perhaps back then it was something different.
In any case, now CATA has registered all of its common stock.
