Not true. The "tiers" on Pink Sheets have no regulatory meaning whatsoever. They were invented by Pink Sheets (OTC Markets) to make money by charging companies for the "privilege" of being on a higher tier. OTC Markets is a for-profit company and has no regulatory authority whatsoever. FINRA has zero to do with their "tiers".
