I don't have a link handy, but there's one attorney who showed up in a N.Y. Fed district court last spring and was arrested on the spot. It was done by the Judges order and I don't believe there's any SEC litigation against him, just against his clients. The attorney had accepted unregistered shares from his client in payment of his services and then sold them on the open market. I was looking for some examples of attorneys and CPA involvement. Maybe I should hunt down that one and use it as an example.
