Does a filing hold the company accountable to the SEC, or does it only take floating a PR? Noticed that not all of the PR's for GTGP get filed. One, in particular, is the PR concerning the dividend not being filed.
Anyway, appreciate you, and others, taking the time and the effort to comment on my questions. Your comment about, "...whoever is passing along that rumor...," has been an ongoing concern of mine, and reason I posted over here for some help. When I posted at the GTGP hub that, if anything should be PR'ed, it should be that xyz accounting firm is taking care of the financials, and actually name the firm so it can be independently verified. Well, that was immediately discounted and poo-poo'ed.
